Boozing and losing is classic Jake but with a solid eye on a new and confident sound. A thick kick and strong snap of percussion mix with a driving and powerful lead. You’re dancing, you’re dancing, everyone likes you, your the best looking paerson in the bar .. having fun. Now the song is creeping up, building and then slamming your face on the table, knocking you off your stool and making you profectile vomit all over the washroom wall .. or something like that .. Distorted guitar edits and feedback add to the befuddlement as they coax and caress your poor and tired body. Don’t leave home without this. Funneling is definitely for the morning after .. You can just hear the the moaning and groaning, the slow wobbley bass and the filterd hi-hats as you check your shorts to make sure all pieces are still there .. Guzzling is a hair of the dog, back to the bottle. Sunday wasn’t getting any better so might as well fire it all back up again. A bit less than Saturday but still rocking .. Straight forward, four to the floor with a metallic lead line. Jake delivers a superb effective simple creation.
