24 cents short of a quarter. few beers short of a six-pack. A lot of feathers but not much chicken. A PBS mind in an MTV world. All cassette, no tape. Not quite the brightest bulb on the marquee. As useful as a top hat with pockets. Bright as Alaska in December. Couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel. Hasn't got all his china in the cupboard. If brains were leather, he couldn't saddle a flea. If he moved any slower, he'd rust. Monorail doesn't go all the way to Tomorrowland. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. One tree short of a hammock. Tone arm is down but no music is playing.
